Data is collected and held by the email list coordinator of the committee of Eclectic Voices. The information will be used to provide email notifications about forthcoming Eclectic Voices concerts and events.


The data that is held about each mailing list subscriber is as follows: name and email address, plus a record of how/when consent was given. Our legal basis for processing data is the consent of the individuals concerned.


Data will not be shared with any third parties.


The data will be stored for 2 years following consent and individuals can request to see all the data that Eclectic Voices hold by contacting info@eclecticvoices.org.uk.


If an individual unsubscribes from the mailing list, all data held by Eclectic Voices concerning that individual will be permanently deleted. By consenting to this privacy notice, you are giving us permission to process your personal data specifically for the purposes identified. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of email communications that are sent to you.
